Cheltenham Town financial statements for the year ended 31st May 2016 have been filed and circulated to shareholders.

The accounts represent the year to May 2016 when Cheltenham Town FC won the National League championship immediately following relegation, a fantastic achievement that no club had managed for 26 years.

Not only did we have a good year on the pitch but strong financial control was achieved off the pitch. The annual accounts represented a loss of just over £125k (35% improvement on the previous year) with significant savings being made in administrative expenses to offset with the reduction in turnover due to having a season in the National League.

The annual shareholders information meeting will take place at Whaddon Road on Thursday 2 March at 7.30pm and will be attended by representatives of the board.
