We are pleased to announce that Gary Johnson's Cheltenham team will take on Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium on Sunday 31st July in a pre-season friendly.Kicking off at 3pm, the game will be the Robins' final pre-season match before the League Two campaign starts.
Darrell Clarke's side clinched promotion to League One on the final day of this season, having won the National League play-off final at Wembley 12 months earlier.
The two sides met last summer at Whaddon Road in another friendly, Johnson's men running out 2-1 winners thanks to a brace from Billy Waters.
