Chairman Paul Baker says the feel-good factor has made a welcome return to Cheltenham Town.

* Chairman working full-time at club on volunteer basis due to change in his own work situation

* More engagement needed from top to bottom, from board to players

* Season ticket sales ‘amazing’ (860 sold at time of writing)

* Baker confident feel-good factor is back at the club, owing largely to the appointment of Gary Johnson along with early business in transfer market

* One fan will win £5,000 if season tickets sales pass 1,000, with a £2,500 prize offered if sales pass 900

* Pitch already looking good and set to be in far better condition next season after summer of work

* New sponsor for main stand has been agreed, close to being announced

* Club still looking for shorts and stadium sponsors

* Major overhaul taking place in main bar at Whaddon Road

* Cheltenham Town marquee for Cheltenham Cricket Festival in July, £60 per head, further details to follow

* Sponsors’ evening on July 21

* Open day to take place on August 2
