Parslow set for second chance to impress

Cheltenham Town play their second pre-season friendly of the summer at Evesham United on Tuesday night (7.45pm).

Following on from Saturday's 3-0 win at Cirencester Town, boss Gary Johnson is set to have another look at trial defender Danny Parslow, formerly of York City.

The squad is likely to remain unchanged, with young forward Jamal Lawrence still not involved as he is currently training with Oxford City.

Asa Hall and Jordan Wynter are both sidelined with injuries, but Hall is close to making his long awaited comeback after Achilles surgery.

Former Robins skipper Paul Collicutt's Evesham finished second in Southern League Division One South and West last season, missing out in the play-offs.
