Cheltenham Town assistant manager Steve Elliott on the signing of Pablo Mills on loan from Bury until the end of the season:
"I was at Derby with Pablo and he was coming through as a youngster and was always a good prospect," Elliott said.
"He made it into the first team and he’s gone on to have a good career in League Two, League One and the Championship so he’s a very good signing.
"I know what he’s all about and I’ve followed his career. He is a good character, a good voice and a leader. He's been unlucky at Bury, but they spoke highly of him and he’s a good signing for us, who I hope he can come in and help us get out of where we are.
"Having spoken to him, he's excited, up for the fight and raring to go so hopefully we’ll see the best of him on Saturday.
"He's been captain at most places he’s been and when we were looking for players, those are the type of characters we wanted. We are glad to have him in and it's another lift for other lads and we are looking forward to the game.
"It’s essential you have good characters, people who get involved with the lads and get everything going. We are building the spirit now and it's all coming together well. The three lads coming in will only add to it and the squad looks a lot better now."
