Players visit Children in Hospital to spread Xmas Cheer

Robins' supporting patients & families

This week, several of the Robins' squad went to spread some Christmas cheer and visit the Children and their families in the Gloucestershire Royal Hospital.

Captain Aaron Downes, George McLennan, Dillon Phillips, Callum Kitscha, Jack Barthram and Harry Pell went along to hand out presents, meet the staff and try to put some smiles on faces.

" It's the very least we can do, some of these kids will be home for Christmas which is great but unfortunately some won't so it's nice we can come along and support the ward, the kids and also their families at this difficult time" said Downes.

Goalkeeper Dillon Phillips added, " It makes you realise just how lucky we all are, it was great to see them smiling and we send our best wishes to them all."
