Cheltenham Town pair join Farnborough on loan

Youngsters sent out to gain experience

Cheltenham Town attacking pair Harry Williams and Bobbie Dale have joined Isthmian League Premier Division club Farnborough on loan.

Both players have graduated from the youth team and boss Gary Johnson is keen for them to play regular competitive football to further their experience and maintain their match fitness.

Worcester based Dale has made one start and two substitute appearances in the Football League and netted in the friendly draw with Cardiff City on July 29. He has previously spent time on loan at Bishop's Cleeve, Cirencester Town and Bath City.

Former Balcarras School pupil Williams has made a total of six senior starts and eight substitute appearances for his home town club. He spent time on loan at Gloucester City last season, having also appeared for Bishop's Cleeve and Evesham United.

The deals are youth loans until January, but they can be recalled after 28 days.
