Televised JPT Date Confirmed

8 September 2014

Cheltenham will play Bristol City live on Sky Sports in the JPT

Our Johnstone's Paint Trophy second round match will be played on Wednesday 8 October (7.45pm kick-off) and will broadcasted live on Sky Sports

The match will be played in front of the television cameras under the floodlights here at Whaddon Road. It will of course be the first competitive return for Steve Cotterill since leaving his post as Cheltenham Town manager in 2002.

The fixture will be a repeat of the pre-season friendly this summer however when City ran out victors but Mark Yates' Robins will be hopeful of causing an upset after disposing of Oxford United in the first round.

Ticket prices will be confirmed at a later date so please check back with for all the latest news.

The last time a Cheltenham Town fixture was televised was the FA Cup 3rd round clash with Everton a few years ago.
