Elliott Ready For Battle

Robins' very own strong man Steve Elliott is fighting fit for Saturday's big heavyweight battle against Wimbledon's Adebayo Akinfenwa.
Weighing in at 13 stone 7 lbs Akinfenwa who is always a hard man to stop has a formidable record against the Robins and has already scored four goals in 11 league and cup games for the Dons this season.
But Elliott who is looking forward to the contest says," Bayo is difficult to play against - he's a one off. You know you can't out muscle him because he's hard and rough but he's a great guy to play . You almost need 2 weeks in the gym to get ready.
"What we've got to do is to stop him playing and cut off his supply," says Elliott.
The Robins' player-coach also has an eye on getting a goal or two for himself to help the team out of its current drought.
"We've been creating chances but we can't just leave it to the front lads -we've all got to chip in. I've missed one or two but I'm sure the goals will come."
There will be at least one change in the team for Wimbledon with centre-half Troy Brown out suspended.
