Paul Godfrey looks back at past meetings with our FA Cup second round opponents Dover Athletic:
Cheltenham Town have played two teams from Dover, both of them played home games at the Crabble Athletic Ground. Dover FC folded in 1963 and were immediately replaced by Dover Athletic. We finished runners-up to them in the Southern League in season 1992-93 and, of course, played them in the FA Trophy semi-finals in 1998.Â
