Cheltenham Town Favourites On Sky Bet This Weekend

1 May 2014

The best odds available to you on Sky Bet ahead of this weekend's match at home to Dagenham & Redbridge.

It's the conclusion of the 2013-14 season this weekend as Cheltenham Town take on Dagenham & Redbridge here at Whaddon Road.

Both sides have little to play for but three points for either side would maintain they finish the season on a high and Mark Yates will of course be keen to improve on what has been stuttering home form this season.

Mark Yates' Robins 21/20 to win this weekend whilst the Daggers, managed by Wayne Burnett, are in at 13/5 for all three points. A draw between the two sides has the odds of 21/10.

Of course Cheltenham Town last played the Daggers back in October 2013 where goals from Jamie Cureton and Keith Lowe took all three points in a 2-1 scoreline. The same scoreline here at the Abbey Business Stadium this weekend will fetch odds of 8/1 but if you think the Robins can earn themselves one final clean sheet this season then a 1-0 scoreline is also good value at 11/2. A draw is potentially a safe bet this weekend however with both teams set to experiment so a 2-2 scoreline represents great value with odds of 14/1.

That 2-1 win back in October also saw the 250th career goal for Jamie Cureton with an outrageous finish handing him a milestone but if you think Cureton can bag number 259 then his odds to score first are 4/1. Jermaine McGlashan was also a goalscorer in this fixture last season and for the nippy winger to score at any point during the 90 minutes you can get odds of 11/4. It's possible of course that Mark Yates could name a few of the young professionals in his team on Saturday and one player who will threaten in front of goal is Zack Kotwica and the young winger is 14/1 to score first.

There are some great odds right now on Sky Bet but we have picked out a few more which could represent great value ahead of the game on Saturday:

- Cheltenham to win and both teams to score? 7/2
- The Robins to win 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1? 15/8
- Byron Harrison to score a hat trick? 40/1

Our bet of the weekend however will be Jamie Cureton to score first and for Cheltenham Town to win 3-1 and that is currently worth 50/1 on Sky Bet. If you do take on our challenge, and if you are successful, then send proof of your winning bet to the media department (james.brown@ctfc.com) and you could win 2 match tickets to a future Cheltenham Town home fixture. We will need proof of the winning bet AND you must of course be a customer of Sky Bet having used the URL: www.skybet.com/cheltenham.
