Cheltenham Town recently donated first team and Academy kit to footballers in Rwanda.

First team and Academy kit has been recently donated to footballers and coaches in central and east Africa.

Academy coach, Peter Haynes, spent a week out in Rwanda with the Football Association as part of the 'Changing Lives' programme which aimed to make a difference using football. Rwandan football coaches were taught ways to use football and this culminated in a football festival.

As part of the trip, Cheltenham Town FC gave Pete first team and academy kit to take out with him to donate to footballers out in Rwanda with a real passion for the beautiful games.

Images of the playing and coaching kit can be seen in the image gallery above.

We hope that the kit donated will help bring a smile to those Rwandan footballers who love the game as much as we do here.

If you would like to learn more about Pete's visit to Rwanda and what he experienced please head to www.youtube.com/theCTFCofficial and watch his two video blogs in the 'Rwanda 2014' playlist. Alternatively watch them just above in this article.
