Daniels Makes Debut

31 March 2014

New loan signing Billy Daniels made his debut in the 1-0 victory over Hartlepool United at the weekend.

Coventry City's attacking midfielder Billy Daniels made his Cheltenham Town debut at the weekend.

Billy, 19, was named in Mark Yates' starting eleven for the longest away day of the season and he started on the top point of a diamond midfield against a Hartlepool United side still within grasp of the play-offs.

The young midfielder had joined the Robins last Thursday before the loan deadline came into play and met up with his new team-mates on Friday before training commenced at Chesterfield FC's training ground.

Billy Daniels played the full 90 minutes at the weekend and came close to a debut goal after hitting the woodwork shortly after the second half had begun.

We will be speaking to Billy on Robins Player and YouTube later this week.
