Every manager is different, with ideas and a different approach.
It gives everyone a clean slate and everyone has been working hard in training and trying to put their name out there and show what they can do.
We’ve had double sessions and they’ve been good. We’ve had a full week with the gaffer and Robbo (Rob Edwards, assistant manager) now and it’s been good.
We want to win games, it’s as simple as that. That’s what it’s all about and getting on a run, picking up results to move up the table.
Everyone has different styles and methods and the gaffer and Robbo have theirs.Â
We have to put the Dover result to bed now and look forward to Saturday, which is a big game for us.
Mansfield have changed their manager and I am sure they will change the way they go about games too.
We’ll have them watched and know every detail, which will be passed onto us to give us every chance.
