Sponsor a youth player today and support the club's growing Academy.

Would you like to sponsor a Cheltenham Town FC Youth Team Player?

For just £75, you could sponsor one Cheltenham Town’s Youth Team players who are part of a team that currently sit top in the Youth Alliance South West League and have seen players including Joe Hanks, Ed Williams and Zack Kotwica go on to sign professional contracts.

Presently, there are 16 youth players who have signed scholarships with the club. They train daily alongside the first team and play fixtures against other top academies including Bristol Rovers and Bournemouth. They have enjoyed a very successful start to the season, winning 3 of their first 5 games and drawing 2.

As part of the sponsorship, you would get regular updates as to how the player is progressing, frequent mentions on the Academy’s official twitter (@ctfcyofficial), a section on our new website (, be part of the sponsorship page in every CTFC home game programme and the opportunity to support the development of an up and coming player at your local club.

Current first team players including Joe Hanks, Ed Williams and Zack Kotwica all came from the CTFC Youth Team, with Youth Team striker Bobbie Dale already being involved this season following his league debut against Plymouth Argyle. Youth Team goal keeper Harvey Rivers has also been involved, having been a substitute against Plymouth Argyle and Portsmouth. Harry Williams has made an impressive start to his second year in the Youth Team with other second year scholars including captain, Spencer Hamilton, Elliott Keightley, Kieran Whitehead, Adam Powell, James Bowen, Zach Kirkpatrick-Jones all making a positive start to the season. First year scholar Jamal Lawrence, nephew of Gloucestershire and England cricketer David ‘Syd’ Lawrence, has made a great start to the season, scoring frequently, with other first year scholars including Reece Daly, Callum Craddock, Harry Reynolds, Liam Sheppard, Danny Reynolds and Jamie Goodwin all having hit the ground running, settling well into the team.
