The best images from this weekend's 2-2 draw at home to York.
The Robins dropped 2 points in a 2-2 draw despite a controlling performance over York City.
Things had started so well for Mark Yates' side with Byron Harrison grabbing the lead early after bundling the ball over from a yard out. York equalised soon after with a corner finding the head of Bowman and the defence unable to clear their lines in time to deny the equaliser.
Despite that setback Cheltenham took the lead once again minutes before half time with a Matt Richards freekick flying straight past York goalkeeper Ingham despite the protests of the York team who were adamant Troy Brown was in an offside position and affecting play. Cheltenham were comfortable but their tendency to shoot themselves in the foot struck and Sido Jombati kicked a ball away from the gloves of Brown and into the path of Bowman who couldn't miss. This was a game in which Cheltenham Town really should have recorded all 3 points.
