Manchester United have today recalled Luke McCullough from his loan spell here at Cheltenham Town.
Premiership giants Manchester United have today recalled young defender Luke McCullough from his loan spell with the Robins.Luke made just one substitute appearance for Cheltenham Town in the recent 1-1 draw with Aldershot Town as a replacement for the injured Steve Elliott. The young prospect has largely suffered with the form of Michael Hector who has started every game since moving on loan from Reading.
"I want to thank Manchester United and Luke," said Mark Yates.
"Both have been superb and we totally understand why the reasoning for the recall. Luke has had to be very patient but we were happy to have him round here and I hope the experience of being around a first team has been beneficial for him."
McCullough will return to his parent club straight away and we would like to thank both Luke and Manchester United for their efforts over recent weeks.
