The Robins still hunt for their first league win of the season as they were beaten 3-1 by Plymouth Argyle this weekend.
A nightmare first half for Cheltenham Town saw their Devon opponents score three goals courtesy of Marvin Morgan, Conor Hourihane and Romuald Boco to shock the home crowd. Cheltenham had started the game fairly well with returning hero Steven Gillespie providing the best individual performance.
A 3-0 deficit at half time certainly a stern half time team talk from Mark Yates and the Robins almost responded immediately through Jermaine McGlashan in the second period. Plymouth still provided a major threat going forward but the Robins did grab a goal through Matt Richards' freekick midway through the half. That goal served only as a consolation as Cheltenham fell to defeat and Plymouth celebrated their first points of the new campaign.
