Cheltenham Town Open Evening For Local Businesses Proves A Success
The Cheltenham Town open evening proved a big success last night with local businesses having a real taste of life behind the scenes here at CTFC.CTFC marketing manager Marie Carter held a presentation on all things commercial here at the Abbey Business Stadium beforeĀ Cheltenham Racecourse managing director Edward Gillespie spoke from the heart about his passion for the Robins. Main sponsors Mira Showers were also in attendance and spoke on how they haveĀ benefitedĀ from their partnership with Gloucestershire's only Football League Club.
Robins manager Mark Yates was also present to discuss the football side of things here at Cheltenham Town and Marie Carter believes the whole evening bodes well for Cheltenham Town in the future.
"The evening was well attended by both current sponsors and potential businesses partners," she said.
"It was great to hear such positive feedback about our new opportunities such as the 1887 Club and the CGT Lounge. People also welcomed our refurbishment plans for the Sponsorship and hospitality areas, so people left with a real buzz and sense of excitement for our new seasonā.
Last night also saw the unveiling of the new CGT Lounge which offers pre-match dining to supporters at an affordable price based on you already having purchased a match ticket.Ā Julie Heather of Heather Resource Management Limited will be enjoying hospitality in the brand new lounge after winning the business card draw last night.
The lounge, sponsored by CGT Lettings, is an informal area with it's own private bar which will offer a self service hot fork buffet to set you up ready for the game.
The special introductory price is currently Ā£10 inc. vat and includes a team sheet, pre-match news and parking.
