Mark Yates happy with three points despite the Robins not being at their best.
Mark Yates interviewed after the 1-0 League Two win against Aldershot Town at the EBB Stadium:
"It must have been a terrible game to watch but a very pleasing result for us. We weren't at our best but we walked away with three points.
"Scott Brown has had one save to make all afternoon but apart from that he was redundant.
"Billy Jones' delivery was fantastic for the goal, and Shaun Harrod did really well. He got a far post header on Tuesday [at Torquay United] and got a great near post header today.
"We gave away too many silly free-kicks, if I am going to be picky, but we knew they had good players and we stood the test. A little bit of quality at the right time was enough to win us the game.
"I've got some real quality in this squad. We got 20 quality players here, but I don't think we'll be seeing any more players arriving. We've got a reserve game [against Walsall on Wednesday] to give some of these lads game time.
"It was hard to concentrate in those conditions in the first half so it was the right decision to come off for ten minutes. It was a sensible thing to do.
"To come away from two tough games away from home with four points is a terrfic achievement."
