Shaun Harrad's third goal of the season wins all three points for the Robins.
Cheltenham Town snatched a win from under the noses of Aldershot courtesy of Shaun Harrad's third goal of the season.
The first half had seen opportunities for both Cheltenham and Aldershot but neither could make it count before the rain thundered down causing a ten minute break in play. The Shots seemed revitalised after that mini-rain break and threatened to take the lead ahead of half time had it not been for Scott Brown and a host of poor efforts from the Aldershot frontline.
The second half was another even contest but Shaun Harrad's timely run to the front post to meet Billy Jones' corner saw his headed effort creep over the line after striking the inside of the post. That was Harrad's third goal in three games and Aldershot rarely threatened after that point. That goal was enough to win the game and continue Cheltenham's strong start to the new season.
