Online Tickets

A new online ticket office has now been developed in partnership with Glitnir Ticketing to help make purchasing tickets and club shop items easier than ever before.

The new online ticket facility is now live and offers supporters the chance to select the exact seat they wish to use prior to purchase. The system is now up and running with tickets on sale for upcoming home fixtures.

Home area tickets will still be available on the day of the game, at the turnstiles, but these will be at the full matchday price (shown below).

Premium prices will apply to eight selected home matches during the 2011-12 season, as follows:

Disabled supporters will be charged the standard concession price, which also includes admission for a helper. If you require advice prior to your visit to The Abbey Business Stadium, please telephone (01242) 573558 or e-mail info@ctfc.com. Disabled facilities are located in the In2Print and Hazlewoods Stands and feature wheelchair spaces, plus disabled toilets.

TICKET REFUNDS - Cheltenham Town FC operate a strictly no refund policy on all match tickets.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION - throughout the season supporters are advised to retain all match ticket stubs, including away ticket stubs for any games they attend. On certain occasions the club may need to operate a priority allocation which for home games will also involve the home 'Fans Membership Scheme'.

The Abbey Business Stadium car park. There are a very limited number of spaces available and prices of car park season tickets are available on application. On first team matchdays limited car park spaces are available on a first come, first served basis at a charge of £5 per car. Consider the 'Free' Matchday Park and Ride facility (see below)

Park and Ride
There is a FREE matchday shuttle bus (unless advised otherwise) which runs between the Cheltenham Racecourse Park & Ride facility and to and from the Off Licence located near the junction of Whaddon Road and Prestbury Road (250 metres from The Abbey Business Stadium).

Park and Ride times for afternoon matches (ko 3.00pm):- Every 20 minutes from 1.00pm until the last bus leaves the Racecourse at 2.40pm. After the game departures are at, 5.00pm, 5.20pm and 5.40pm.

Park and Ride times for evening matches (ko 7.45pm):- Every 20 minutes from 6.00pm until 7.20pm. Following the match at 9.45pm, 10.05pm and 10.25pm.
