Joss is a central midfield player who joined Cheltenham Town on loan from West Bromwich Albion in November 2009 and made his Robins debut in the away match at Morecambe on November 21.
Born in South London, Joss was spotted playing for Barking Abbey College of Sport and joined the West Brom Academy in 2006.
A tall, athletic midfielder who likes to get forward and create goal scoring opportunities, Joss has previously enjoyed two loan spells with Cheltenham Town's League Two rivals Shrewsbury Town.
Joining Shrewsbury mid-way through season 2008-09, he made a handful of appearances before being forced to return to West Brom with a foot injury. He joined Shrewsbury again in September 2009 and scored five goals in 13 appearances prior to joining Cheltenham Town including the winner for the Shrews against Cheltenham at the Abbey Business Stadium in October.
