Young left-back Danny Andrew became the first player to be signed by new Cheltenham Town manager Mark Yates when he joined on loan from Peterborough United in January 2010.
A product of the youth system at Peterborough, Danny gained the opportunity for first team football on loan at Tamworth in the Blue Square Premier where he made five substitute appearances at the start of season 2009-2010.
Mark Yates then took him to his former club Kidderminster Harriers and he made nine starting appearances for the Worcestershire club.
Upon taking over at Cheltenham Yates moved immediately to bring Danny to the Abbey Business Stadium and he made his Football League debut in the Robins' 0-0 draw at Grimsby Town in mid-January.
