Important information for Fan Members
Registered members of the 2011-12 scheme are able to claim an advance discount on online sales.  When submitting your order, simply select 'Adult or Concession Member' to use the advance discount, then present your fan membership card upon collection of the tickets. (Please note, one membership card must be presented for each membership ticket purchased).

Ticket refund policy
All tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the Football Association, the Football League and Cheltenham Town Football Club.
If a match is postponed before kick-off then ticket holders will be entitled to free admission to the re-arranged fixture (upon production of the original match ticket)
If a match is abandoned after kick-off then ticket holders will be entitled to half price admission to the re-arranged fixture (upon production of the original match ticket)
