Cheltenham manager Mark Yates speaks to the media ahead of the visit to the Pirelli Stadium this weekend:
"We've lifted any doom and gloom that has been around and I'm still confident that we'll be fine. We haven't got to think about the bigger picture just yet because all that matters is our performance on Saturday.
"The lads are happy and I don't see why they shouldn't be. We have done everything apart from score in the last two games so we've got to convert our chances and put the ball in the back of the net.
"Medy (Elito) and Aaron (Lescott) met the boys on Saturday morning so it was difficult for them but they've added pace and leadership to this side. Both players have joined us for an initial month with the view to staying until the end of the season. They both have their own characteristics and they both bring something different to the table but hopefully with a weeks training they will help to inspire us.
"You have to create your own luck. If the boys can concentrate on the 90 minutes and perform like they did at the weekend then we will be fine.
"Dave Bird (ankle ligaments) is still a couple of weeks away but apart from that I think we're pretty injury free. It's been good to get Shane (Duff) back in training and he's been itching to get 90 minutes but if he doesn't play at the weekend then he'll get a reserve game next week.
"We've been going for strikers from the Championship and League One this week. Hopefully we won't have to lower our sights but I'm waiting to hear back about a player from the league above and if that doesn't happen then we'll move onto the next one. I could bring a number of strikers in but we need to make sure that what we do bring in is going to affect the team.
"The difficulty with bringing in loan players at the moment is because of where we are in the league and we're going for players that we know will make the difference. We could just bring in anybody but we need someone who is going to make an impact.
"I want to see more from everybody. The boys at the back are doing okay but we're still losing by the odd goal so we've got to cut that out. Taking the lead would give everybody some confidence and I'm confident that we'll produce a good performance which will give a us a good chance to win.
"I know Burton pretty well. They've got a good team and the Pirelli Stadium is a great place to go and play football. They've got experience and a bit of pace out wide but we're going there to win three points. We can't show any fear and we won't. No team in this league is unbeatable so we have to make sure we go there in a positive frame of mind and produce a good performance. We'll give them the respect they deserve but we're not going there to shut up shop. We are going there to win."
