TICKETING DETAILS & FAN MEMBER PRIORITY

Below is important information you will need to know in order to guarantee your place at the Leeds Match on November 1st 2008.

BACKGROUND

As last year, the visit of Leeds United to Whaddon Road is expected to result in a high demand for tickets. This priority scheme has been developed to take into account a number of key factors based on last year's experience as well as police and crowd safety advice.

ALL TICKET, ADVANCE SALES ONLY

Leeds tickets will only be available for purchase IN ADVANCE FROM THE TICKET OFFICE according to the priority scheme detailed below. There will be NO SALE OF TICKETS ON MATCHDAY at either the ticket shop or turnstiles. There will be NO ONLINE SALES of tickets for this game. TELEPHONE SALES will only be made to Fan Members whose identity can be verified.

To be fair to all groups of our supporters and to prevent sale of home area tickets to away fans the following ticket priority will apply:

Season Ticket Holders

Obviously, season ticket holders will occupy their normal seat. Being a season ticket holder does not give any automatic entitlement to buy further tickets. However, we recognise that season ticket holders are our most loyal fans. As such, season ticket holders who are also Fan Members can buy one additional ticket under their Fan Membership entitlement as outlined below, and one further ticket if required in the stage two sale.

Priority Sale Stages

Priority Stage One:
Tickets on sale from Mon 13 Oct to Tues 21 Oct (Excl. Sunday)

Tickets on sale to existing Fan Members(including registered Junior Robins) & Robins Trust Members who have attended one or more of Stockport / Colchester / Scunthorpe games. ONE ticket per membership.(Ticket stubs must be retained as proof of attendance if ticket were not purchased in advance under fan membership).

Priority Stage Two:
Tickets on sale from Wed 22 Oct to Fri 24 Oct

Tickets on sale to existing Fan Members, Robins Trust Members, and Season Ticket Holders. ONE ticket per membership/season ticket

Priority Stage Three:
Tickets on sale from Mon 27 Oct to Fri 31 Oct

Any remaining Tickets on sale to fans who newly join Fan Membership. ONE ticket per new member, local fans only.
