Cheltenham Town will open their Johnstone Paint's Trophy campaign against Walsall at Whaddon Road.
Both sides were involved in the second round draw, which took place this morning (September 6) on Sky's Soccer AM programme, by virtue of a bye in round one.
This time around, the northern and southern sections were further divided into east and west with the Robins finding themselves in the Southern Section (West).
The tie will take place week commencing October 6, 2008.
