Cheltenham Town will begin their programme of home pre-season friendlies on Wednesday evening (July 23) with a match against West Bromwich Albion (7.45pm).

West Brom are newly promoted to the Barclays Premier League and manager Tony Mowbray will be splitting his squad into two groups for a friendly tonight at Shrewsbury Town and for tomorrow's game at Whaddon Road.

Among the summer signings at The Hawthorns in preparation for the Premier League are England international goalkeeper Scott Carson, Slovakian international Marek Cech, Dutch defender Gianni Zuiverloon and Aston Villa forward Luke Moore.

Admission prices for the match will be only £10 for adults and £5 concessions anywhere in the ground. In addition, supporters who attend the West Brom game and join our new membership game will be able to watch our next two pre-season friendlies for the price of one. For more details click here.

The Park and Ride service will not be in operation for any of the pre-season friendlies but will return for the opening home League match of the season, against Swindon Town on August 16.

Meanwhile, Cheltenham Town manager Keith Downing is continuing negotiations with Mansfield Town to sign strikers Michael and Rory Boulding and is also giving a trial this week to former Swiss Under-21 international Gregory Duruz.
