"Clubs get the option to move their Easter games from the Saturday to the Friday and the club sensibly made sure we gave ourselves enough preparation time in between games and I think that can be vital. We had a good Easter last year from what I can remember but it's a sensible measure that some clubs do and some clubs don't.

"We have to be professional and have the desire to win the next four games and that is all we can do to see where it takes us. We are capable of doing it and we want to finish the season strongly. We want to win games, please the fans and give them something to cheer about but the only way we can do that is to perform and win. Everyone still has something to play for. Everybody at the club has something hanging on Friday, Monday and the two Saturdays after that. The season is far from over and we must make sure we take care of ourselves because we aren't mathematically where we want to be so three points on Friday would go some way towards that at least. Let's try and be as positive as we can between now and the end of the season.

"It's that time of the year when a few are out of contract and at some point decisions will have to be made and decisions won't be made on the next four games but it can swing things one way or the other. That is just the way football is and how League One and League Two works in terms of players running out of contract rather than renewed well in advance. I don't make decisions now. We just review it come the end of the season. You get pointers throughout the season and the time will come where it will be done properly as it always is but our focus has to be on the next two games but particularly Friday.

"Harry (Williams) is a level headed boy and he has trained well this week. He will be involved in some part tomorrow but we'll try and keep his feet on the floor. He has played his first game and well done to him for that but now it is up to him to get 5, 10, 20 and more. Hopefully he can do that. He has a talent and we know that but hopefully we can keep getting the best out of him. You must encourage the young players and we do so Harry will be given opportunities between now and the end of the season without a doubt as may one or two others.

"I think Fleetwood will be desperate to win as we will be. They have changed to a bit of a diamond themselves so we need to decide whether we stick with ours or play something against it but whatever we do it will be done to win the game and entertain the supporters who turn up at home week in and week out and we haven't quite reached the heights we wanted to at home but ultimately to win the game.
