Cheltenham Town were denied maximum points after Wycombe converted a penalty to seal a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night.
The Robins and the Chairboys had played out a stalemate in the first half of play with both teams having their chances to take the lead but it was Cheltenham Town that opened the scoring in the second half and it was Byron Harrison once again making the impact fro the substitutes bench. A Sido Jombati cross landed perfectly for Harrison in the Wycombe area and he made no mistake with his stopping header that flew past Ingram in goal.
That joy gave the Robins a boost and they looked favourites for the win but a penalty kick was awarded in Wycombe's favour after Elliott had fouled Jo Kuffour inside the area and Dean Morgan made no mistake from the spot. 1-1 was how it ended and there was perhaps a sense of a missed opportunity for Mark Yates' team.
