The date and time for our farewell to Rod Burge has been confirmed.
A service will be held for Cheltenham Town director Rod Burge next Wednesday (30.4.14) at the South Chapel at Cheltenham Crematorium.Rod sadly passed away at the weekend and the service next week will give his friends, family and colleagues the chance to say farewell to a man who most certainly left his mark on Cheltenham Town Football Club.
Friends of Rod who want to pay their respects are welcome to join us at Cheltenham Crematorium with the service beginning at 11.15am.
Rod was a director here at Whaddon Road since the early 1980's and helped guide the club in it's rise from non-league. Rod was a fantastic character, a real gentleman and he will be greatly missed.
All donations for Rod are to go to Mason & Stokes funeral directors who will then send the amount to the District Nurses fund.
