Attacking midfielder Williams and left-back Bowen are both in their first seasons as professionals, having progressed from the youth team.
Former Balcarras School pupil Williams has made five starts and seven substitute appearances for the Robins' first team, while Bowen has made one senior start and one substitute appearance.
