Quotes from both Gaffer's after the enthralling televised match

Following Cheltenham Town's 2-1 victory over Wrexham, here is what the two Manager's had to say:

The view from the Wrexham Manager, Gary Mills:

"A team like Cheltenham thrive on free kicks, hoping it drops to their big fella and it did, my players have been superb and it’s a difficult one to take. We passed the ball well and created numerous chances."

"I'm not sure comfortable is the right word, we dictated the game, we were confident, we were winning a lot of balls and we kept the ball well. We waited for the opening and the final ball was lacking at times, their keeper has made some great saves to keep them in it. We did really well, and we’ll continue to play the way we do."

"Today we should have been two or three nil up at half time, we haven’t and if you don’t put the ball in the back of the net when you’re dominating like we are, it’ll come back to bite you.
We’ve dictated and dominated games, but they got themselves back in it, we didn’t regain composure after we conceded and they got some corners and free kicks that lifted the place here."

The view from Robins' boss, Gary Johnson:

"We showed some real resilience, I thought we were second best in the first half, we couldn't get our game going and it was a little bit bitty. They had players that were getting on the ball and our boys weren't working hard enough to stop their shape and their pattern. Second half we knew we needed to do a little bit better, get in their faces and earn the right to get opportunities.
We weren't playing our game in that first half and that's what I told them, we needed to up it five levels to get the game back."

"Once we do that we're a force and then when we get that team force going the crowd gets behind us and it becomes a club force and club energy. When we get that club energy going then the world is our oyster.
We have people who can score goals like Amari's, that was a fantastic touch and a great finish, we want to get those types of players into the game as much as possible."

"It's nice to be in the top five, we haven't done anything yet but it's a decent position to be in. Everyone is chasing Forest Green. I think today is the first game that two of the top five or six teams likely to be up there at the end of the season have played each other."

"We have good momentum now, the supporters enjoy it when you come back from 1-0 down and almost from the dead. We kept going and kept getting in there, we had to defend well and the keeper did his job well. Dillon is a very very good goalkeeper."

"We've done well with all of our loans, Rob Dickie has come in and done well, unfortunately Josh (Cooke) hasn't had much of a look in so far because the top two are doing so but we're pleased with our squad as it's getting bigger. James Rowe has come in and with Asa (Hall) being fit to start, plus Vaughn on the bench, it's all encouraging."

"You have to respect the top teams in this league who are trying to get out of the league. You're never going to have it easy and win 5-0 every week. At the moment we are doing alright but there are still four teams that are doing better than us!"
