We are delighted to announce that Nigel Atangana has signed a two-year contract with the club.
The energetic midfielder, 27, will officially join the club on July 1st when his contract with Leyton Orient comes to an end.
The Frenchman started his playing career in England with Havant & Waterlooville before Portsmouth signed him in 2014. After making 48 appearances for Pompey he moved to Orient in January 2016.
This is manager Gary Johnson's third signing of the summer and he commented, "He's a player we identified a little while ago, we like his energy, power and pace. We think he's a bit like Paul Pogba but he thinks he's like Patrick Viera. Either one of those will do!"
