Sir AP McCoy Set to Star
We are delighted to announce an exciting charity fixture that will take place at the LCI Rail Stadium later this season between a Cheltenham Town Legends XI and a Jockeys XI.
The CTFC team will be lead by former captain John Finnigan and the Jockey's team will be captained by 20-time Champion Jockey, Sir Antony (AP) McCoy.
The fixture will take place on Wednesday 19th April and will raise funds for the Injured Jockeys Fund and, in memory of our late friend Colin Farmer, the British Heart Foundation. It should be a memorable evening so save the date.
In the next few days we will be announcing an exciting opportunity for you to get involved, keep your eyes peeled for that announcement here on the club website.
Further details of which legends, jockeys and sports stars set to appear will be announce soon. There will also be full hospitality packages available for the match. The match conincides with two days racing at Cheltenham Racecourse on the 19th & 20th April so is perfect for all sport loving fans.Â
