2014-15 Cheltenham Town Fixture List Announced

18 June 2014

The 2014-15 fixture list has been revealed with the Robins starting their campaign at Bury's Gigg Lane.

Cheltenham Town will kick the 2014-15 Sky Bet League 2 season off away at Bury's Gigg Lane.

It has been a few years since the Robins kicked the season off away from home and they find themselves on the first team coach once again a few days later when they travel to Brighton in the Capital One Cup. Mark Yates' Robins will also finish the 2014-15 campaign away from home at AFC Wimbledon.

The first home game of the new campaign will be against Accrington Stanley on Saturday 16 August and the final home match of the season will be Shrewsbury Town on Saturday 25 April.

The boxing day match this season will see Cheltenham Town travel away from home for the first time since 2008 with a clash away at Exeter City. There will be no New Year's Day match this season but our first match of 2015 will be away at near neighbours Oxford United. The Easter weekend will see Cheltenham away at York City on the Saturday and Stevenage at home on the Monday. In previous season we have opted to moved the Saturday Easter game to Good Friday and a decision on that will be within the next few days.

Promoted teams Luton Town and Cambridge United will come to Whaddon Road on Saturday 24 January and Tuesday 14 April respectively. Our away games at Luton and Cambridge are on Saturday 13 September and Tuesday 21 October respectively.

The club now have the opportunity to make changes to the fixture list within the next week and these, if any, will be reported on here on ctfc.com when possible.
