This weekend sees us make the short trip down to Somerset to take on Yeovil Town in another important League Two fixture.
You can save yourself money on tickets by buying them in advance, with full details on how to do it ahead of Saturday’s journey to Huish Park here.
Darren Way’s team lie one place below us in 21st and on seven points after two wins, one draw and five losses in their first eight games of the season.
The Glovers have made a disappointing start compared to the strong way in which they finished the last campaign, putting a good run together to finish 19th and avoid a third consecutive relegation.
Following the end of the season Yeovil released 10 members of their squad, including experienced EFL players such as Leroy Lita, Chris Weale and Wes Fogden.
Former Bolton striker Tom Eaves joined on a free transfer to help bolster the squad, and Otis Khan and Jonny Maddison both joined for undisclosed fees from Barnsley and Leicester City respectively.
The game will see a return to Yeovil for Gary Johnson after The Gaffer had two successful spells as manager there, where he won The National League, The FA Trophy, League Two and promotion from League One.
It will be the first meeting between the sides since 2009 when Cheltenham won 1-0 in League One at Whaddon Road thanks to a 51st minute goal from Frankie Artus.
In total, since 2002, the teams have met 11 times, with Cheltenham winning four times, Yeovil winning three times and the other three matches all ending in draws.
We hope to see as many of you as possible at Huish Park and hopefully Gary and the team will bring the three points back to Cheltenham come 5pm on Saturday.
