In this section of the website we hope to provide the answers to some of the frequently asked questions we recieve here at Cheltenham Town FC.

How do I purchase a season or match ticket?

Match and season tickets can be purchased in person here at Whaddon Road, over the phone on 01242 573558 (option 1) or through our online ticket office which you can find in the ticket section of this website. If you have missed out on buying a Season Ticket at the start of the season then don't worry! Half Season Tickets are usually available after Christmas and represent real value for money.

How do I book hospitality?

The hospitality here at Cheltenham Town Football Club is something to be experienced. Top quality food and entertainment is just a small part of a full package we can offer you here at the Football Club. Contact luke.saunders@ctfc.com or nick.elliott@ctfc.com. Season Ticket holders are reminded that they can take advantage of preferential hospitality rates.

I want to visit the club shop - when is it open?

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10am - 3pm

Saturday Home matches: 12pm - kick off, and for 30 minutes after the game

Midweek Home matches: 10am - 3pm, 6pm - kick off, and for 15 minutes after the game

Is Whaddon Road available for hire on non-matchdays?

Yes, we have a number of function rooms here at the stadium which can be used for private parties, corporate activities or special events.  Ask for the commercial department when making a booking or, alternatively, if it is the bars you wish to hire, contact Tracey Uren on 07842 723043.

Does the football club have conferencing facilities for business meetings, seminars and conferences?

Yes, we have a number of rooms to suit different size events for your business. We are also able to provide catering, projectors and wi-fi. Contact Nick Elliott on 01242 588105 or nick.elliott@ctfc.com.

How can I get signed merchandise?

Signed merchandise is available to purchase from the CTFC Club Shop but only via requests made to shop manageress Debbie Davis. Contact Debbie on 01242 573558 or using shop@ctfc.com

How do I apply for a donation for a charity?

We receive multiple charity requests every week to help raise money for charities and good causes, and while we will always endeavour to assist (especially if the charity/event is local to us), it is not possible to support every request we receive.

To stand the best chance of being accepted, please give us as much notice as possible in advance of your event.

Charity requests should be sent to the Ticket Office (tickets@ctfc.com)

How do I get a message on the scoreboard or over the tannoy?

For scoreboard or tannoy announcements please contact the club on 01242 573558 or email info@ctfc.com.

How do I get to Whaddon Road?

Getting to Whaddon Road is simple and the stadium is within walking distance of Cheltenham town centre. The town's public transport system will ensure a simple trip to the ground and signs for the stadium are clearly located around the town.

Is there parking available on matchdays and do you have disabled spaces?

Matchday parking is fully booked for all league matches.  There may be some spaces available for cup matches, this will be available to book in advance via our website, which you can access by clicking here.

How can I advertise with the club?

We have plenty of advertising opportunities here at Cheltenham Town from a perimeter board to a page in the matchday programme. Contact Luke Saunders on 01242 588105 or luke.saunders@ctfc.com.

How can I sponsor a player?

You can support your favourite Robin by either sponsoring his home or away kit and this season's sponsorship package offers superb value to those interested. Contact Luke Saunders on 01242 588105 or luke.saunders@ctfc.com.

Do you have a mascot package available for my child?

Yes and we can guarantee it will be a day to remember for your child. Information on mascot packages can be found here or contact luke.saunders@ctfc.com.

Do you run any events at Cheltenham Town FC?

We run small to large scale events all year round here at Cheltenham Town FC. Six-a-side tournaments, sportsman dinners, comedy nights are just a few of the events we have run here and we recommend keeping updated here at www.ctfc.com.

Can I book a player appearance?

The club prides itself on its work within the Gloucestershire community and player appearances are available for certain occasions. Please note that we do get many requests for player appearances every week and it's not always possible to provide a player on occasions due to training patterns, games or unforseen circumstances. Please also note that we will not agree to player appearances on a Sunday.

School visits are also popular but, if the school isn't linked with our Community Programme, then there may be a small charge to cover our costs. 

I am currently working on a university project/dissertation and I am wondering whether someone from the Football Club can answer questions or take part in my research. Who do I contact?

We receive a huge volume of these requests through and it's not always possible to help every single student. Contact info@ctfc.com and your request will be forwarded to the relevant department.

I am currently organising a fundraising event and would like to collect outside the stadium on matchdays, who do I need to ask for permission?

You will need to contact our Community Department on 01242 588119 or community@ctfc.com regarding collections.

I've lost something at a game and want to track it down. Who do I contact?

All lost property is kept in a secure place until it can be returned to the owner. If you have lost something within the ground then please contact the club on 01242 573558 and provide a description of the missing item. You can also email us using info@ctfc.com.
