General information
Personal information change
If you have recently changed address or email address and would like to inform the club in order to update our database, please email your new and old details to marie.carter@ctfc.com.
Trial requests
Please note that the club does not hold open trial matches and we are unable to respond individually to all requests from players asking for trials. If you are a player wishing to join Cheltenham Town FC then please include a full football CV including details of clubs played for and references for the attention of the first team manager or head of youth. We regret that due to the large number of players contacting us every year we are unable to respond individually to everyone.
Club Memorabilia
If you are a collector of club memorabilia and are looking to obtain free Cheltenham Town souvenirs by contacting us online, then you will be disappointed. Badges, keyrings, programmes and other such items can be purchased from the CTFC Club Shop here at the stadium, or via the online shop.
Matchday accreditation
Press requests for matches here at the Abbey Business Stadium must be either faxed or emailed to Paul Godfrey (Club Secretary) or James Brown (Media Officer) no later than 24 hour prior to kick off. All journalists and photographers must provide their Football League licence number when sending their request. We regret that we are unable to accommodate late requests or requests without a Football League licence number.
Manager/player interviews
All requests from representatives of the media for interviews with Cheltenham Town players and management should be addressed to media officer James Brown, who will respond as quickly as possible. The email address is: james.brown@ctfc.com.
Player Appearance Requests
Requests for player appearances must be directed to James Brown (james.brown@ctfc.com) in the media department. We take our role in the community very seriously but for obvious reasons there will be certain days when the football club will be unable to help.
Charity requests
No requests for charity will be considered if received by email. Cheltenham Town Football Club receives many legitimate requests every week for signed merchandise to help raise funds for charity events. However, the club only accepts requests in writing on headed charity notepaper or, in the case of individuals, with a supporting letter from your chosen charity. All letters should be addressed to the club and the policy of Cheltenham Town Football Club is to consider local organisation's applications first.
